Incredibly friendly, newly-opened riad, north of the Medina. The rooms are all designed to make you feel as if you are surrounded by excitement, romance and comfort, and they certainly achieve this.

The name AnaYela translates as “I am Yela”, which are the opening words of a hidden letter found in a niche of the riad when building works started. Each room of this beautifully designed riad has a chapter of the love letter inscribed on its door and walls.
The riad has a small swimming pool in the courtyard and lots of private lounging areas on each floor. There is a large roof terrace with a tower that provides a fantastic view of the medina and a tented area with inbuilt speakers that is perfect for drinks. There is a second tented area on the terrace with a fireplace.
Rooms are very well designed and are furnished with Moroccan artefacts collected from the nearby souk.
Dinners are provided upon request and ingredients are primarily sourced from nearby land that forms part of the riad.
AnaYela is in a residential part of town and is a distance from restaurants and the main square. This does enable you to see people going about their everyday work and Andrea is extremely friendly and will ask her staff to lead you anywhere within the medina if you are worried about getting lost. The riad also has a driver and in-room spa facilities.
