This chic little riad has been renovated and designed by artist Marie Le Cam Kerrotret and her architect daughter Virginie, using traditional techniques and maintaining the original character of the building.
Rooms are tastefully furnished in neutral tones with bright splashes of colour emerging from paintings, mirrors and furnishings. Marie manages the riad and is always on hand to help her guests discover the magic of Marrakech. There are six rooms - the best being the Perle Suite, which has a traditional tadelakt bathroom and fireplace for the cooler winter nights.
This is a steal of a riad, with double rooms starting at 65 euros a night, and provides an excellent friendly base for exploring the medina of Marrakech with easy access to the restaurants of Gueliz.
