This is a new, luxurious addition to La Palmeraie and is the brainchild of Parisian interior designer Christiane Derory and the general manager of the hotel, Jerome Foucaud.  This fusion ensures a mix of traditional Moroccan methods and materials, such as intricately carved domed doors and windows, combined with hip, modern design (the colour theme is predominantly white, punctuated with black and occasional splashes of red). 

The brick-floored rooms have tremendous high ceilings, giving the feeling of infinite space and come with irresistibly comfortable beds, fireplaces, marble/mosaic tiled bathrooms and all the latest mod cons.  They all have amazing views of the gardens and the Atlas Mountains and the deluxe and Murano rooms also have large private terraces.

There is a restaurant in the main central riad, which serves French-Moroccan food and is to be overseen by the Paris branch - which will hopefully ensure quality and consistency. 

Please note: The spa is not yet open.  The hotel will, however, arrange for spa facilities at other top hotels in Marrakech if requested and they do currently offer in-room massage facilities.
