Hotel Bellagio is an instantly likeable place. Located on a quiet corner of Josefov, it exudes effortless Italian chic from the moment the doorman gently ushers you into the snug lounge.

There are just 46 rooms (all recently refurbished), which reflect the intimate ambience of the space, and although they aren’t the biggest you’ll ever see, they are fully kitted out with imported Italian furniture, WiFi and LCD screens, and available in a variety of interesting shapes and sizes.

The Bellagio’s location is perfect: literally strolling-distance from the Spanish Synagogue and the trendy Parˇízˇská shopping boulevard. There’s a cosy basement Italian restaurant for romantics, a small but perfectly formed conference room (maximum capacity 30 people) for business travellers, and a smart lobby bar that stays open until 11pm each night.
