A short ferry ride from the city centre, the Hotel J is named after a class of sailing boat and the interior feels very yacht-like, with lots of teak and blue-and-white fabrics.

The Restaurant J, which neighbours the hotel, is the only attraction in the hotel's immediate vicinity. LIke the hotel, it has a nautical air and on warm evenings it's packed with Stockholmers. Other than that, Nacka Strand is mainly a business district that doesn't need exploring.
Thankfully the frequent ferry service means that you don't feel cut off from the charms of the city. You can pop into town easily or else take the ferry in the oppiste direction and continue out into the archipelago.
