The hotel stands on Västerlånggatan, one of the busiest tourists streets in the city. Some people will enjoy the sense of bustle, others will find the crowds of slow-moving visitors insufferabble. It is, of course, easy to escape up the sidestreets and explore the less crowded corners of the Old Town or pop into one of the many museums that are nearby, including the Nobel Museum or Royal Armoury.
