Review
Just a couple of minutes’ walk from the Central Station, the second of the Radisson hotels is known for its practicality rather than its design. Its position in the centre of Norrmalm has obvious advantages for the business fraternity, but it is not bland, as so many business hotels can be.
The suites are luxurious, equipped with their own private saunas, and are intriguingly decorated (photographs of Madonna ingrained into the backs of chairs, for example). The standard rooms, however, are uninteresting although equipped with everything that you might possibly need. In the basement is the Bermuda Club, a health club and spa that has been designed in an ‘authentic’ Caribbean manner.
The atmospheric pool area and jacuzzi are set beside a standard gym and small treatment centre. To get the most out of the hotel book into a suite and treat yourself to a sauna and jacuzzi before heading out to one of Stockholm’s more stylish restaurants.
