A month of music
One of the most important music festivals in Istanbul, the International Music Festival showcases classical and contemporary music, opera, and dance. Part of the charm is the wonderful venues, with performances taking place in the stunning Hagia Eirene museum, the 19th Century Sveti Stefan Church and the 18th century Esma Sultan Church.
